Please Note:
* Pre-Order only. For every order, you may mix 2 different flavors except for Assorted Cookies (E.g. Tea-Licious x 2 or Everything Chocolaty x 2).
* Please order 7 days in advance prior to collection date. I like to bake fresh cookies and do not keep stock of cookies or too much ingredients. Hence do give me 7 days to do liaison with you and prepare the ingredients for your cookies. For bulk order, please email me at hotairballoonbakery@gmail.com directly as different working days will be arranged.
* Only self collection at Khatib Mrt is available, Mon - Fri (exclude eves of and Public Holidays), between 11am - 8pm.
* Cancellation Policy: As all items are made-to-order, I hope to seek your understanding that cancellation fee will be chargeable as below:
7 days and less before collection date - 50%
3 days and less to collection date - 100% (no refund)
